Hello. I will be undergoing a few changes in my diet and exercise relatively soon, and so I wanted to find some good healthy recipes and food choices.
Unfortunately, the internet is big and vast and has a lot of information that can be misleading.
And while tumblr is not much different, I have seen quite a good amount of people make very good positive changes in their lives here on tumblr.
So I am asking if anyone has any good food choice or recipe ideas for me please?
